The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a ceramic tile mud blank with concave-convex textures. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (A) manufacturing a mud blank with concave-convex textures on the surface from common raw materials of a ceramic tile; (B) spraying organic penetrable colored glaze ink; (C) spraying organic permeation aid ink; and (D) drying at 50-200 DEG C for 10-60 minutes. The ceramic tile is prepared by virtue of the ceramic tile mud blank, and a formed penetration layer penetrates into a fabric layer, so that decorative patterns are wearable, and the problem that a printing decorative layer printed by virtue of conventional pigment ink in an existing full-glazing technique is not wearable is solved; and meanwhile, the surface of the pressed brick blank is provided with the concave-convex textures, and the comprehensive decorative effect of the pressed brick blank is relatively good and stereoscopic.
