The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic brick with good antifouling effects. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, carrying out punch forming after using powder used for a ceramic body for distribution to prepare an unfired brick; B, polishing and grinding the unfired brick; C, sending the green brick polished and ground in the step B into a kiln and carrying out first firing at 600-1050 DEG C; D, applying organic infiltrated glaze ink and organic infiltration aid ink to the green body subjected to first firing; E, carrying out second firing at 1150-1250 DEG C; and F, carrying out polishing and edging to obtain the ceramic brick product. The ceramic brick prepared by adopting the method has the beneficial effects that an infiltration layer formed by infiltrated glaze ink has certain thickness and infiltrates into a precoat, so that the decorative patterns are resistant to wear, thus solving the problems in the prior art that printed decoration layers formed by conventional ink-jet printing do not have a stereoscopic sense of layering and are not resistant to wear.
