The facility is arranged on a road where traffic jamming happens easily, two or more lanes of multiple lanes are arranged to be condition-based motor vehicle lanes, traffic relieving is carried out through parts of opposite lanes, two or more carriageway surfaces of the multiple lanes are marked as random schedule lanes through the road carriageway surface indicating mark, according to the road indicating signal lamp, by arranging the signal lamp above the lanes, traffic is guided, the traffic road isolation barrier is an isolation barrier added for preventing a car from occupying an opposite lane, and the information displaying board is a lane changing indicating board. The road emergency dredging facility is simple, reasonable and practical, obvious effects are achieved on traffic pressure relieving and road using rate increasing, and the road jamming relieving facility is worth promoting and using.
