The invention discloses an elastic sweeper for a cleaning plate. The elastic sweeper comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod capable of axially sliding along the inner wall of the cylinder body, wherein a piston is arranged on the piston rod; a pressure spring is arranged between the piston and the rear wall of the cylinder body; a hairbrush is detachably connected on the outer end part, extending out of the cylinder body, of the piston rod. The hairbrush comprises a base plate and bristles which are fixed on the base plate. A cylinder lid can be arranged at a lower end opening of the cylinder body; the piston rod extends out of the cylinder lid. The hairbrush of the elastic sweeper and the piston rod are detachably connected. In other words, after the hairbrush is worn to a certain degree, the hairbrush is independently replaced, and the whole cleaning plate does not need to be replaced, so that the cost is saved in a facilitated manner. The hairbrush of the elastic sweeper can elastically stretch out and draw back according to fluctuation changes of a road surface, so that the abrasion to the bristles is relieved, and the service life of the hairbrush is prolonged.
