The invention discloses a riverway aquatic plant processing device which comprises a machine frame and is characterized by further comprising a motor, a coupler, a rotating shaft, a fixing plate, a conveying belt, a fermentation tank, a support, a smashing tank and a smashing motor. Compared with the prior art, the motor is started when riverway aquatic plant grows profusely to rotate so as to drive a rotating plate on the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating plate enables the riverway aquatic plant to be brought to the conveying belt, then the conveying belt conveys the aquatic plant into the smashing tank, and the smashed aquatic plant is conveyed into the fermentation tank to be fermented into fertilizer. The riverway aquatic plant processing device is simple in structure, has powerful functions and achieves aquatic plant waste recovery.
