A device for clearing away and collecting water rubbish comprises a box body provided with a power mechanism, an automatic positioning mechanism, a grabbing and unloading mechanism, a drainage drying mechanism and a guiding and collecting mechanism, wherein the power mechanism comprises arms provided with impellers and motors for driving the impellers to rotate, the automatic positioning mechanism comprises inductors installed at the bottom of the box body, the grabbing and unloading mechanism comprises a telescopic cylinder, a cylinder is installed below the telescopic cylinder, paws are installed below the cylinder, and fans are installed on the box body. The device has the advantages that manual rubbish salvage is replaced with mechanical rubbish salvage, labor intensity of rubbish salvage personnel is relieved, and a safety coefficient is increased.
