The invention provides a rammed cement-soil pile which comprises cement and soil. The weight of the cement is 7-17% that of the soil. The pile further comprises admixture, the weight of the admixture is 0.5-1% that of the soil, and the admixture is a mixture composed of sodium silicate, water reducer and fly ash. The mixture composed of the sodium silicate, the water reducer and the fly ash is added, so that the strength of the rammed cement-soil pipe is enhanced, the use amount of the cement is reduced, and cost is lowered.
