The device comprises a water pump A (1), a water storage tank (2), a water pump B (3), a filter (4), a cycle high-pressure detection switch (5), a water pump C (6), a valve A (7), a primary filtration device (8), a water pump D (9), a valve B (10) and a secondary filtration device (11) which are communicated in sequence, wherein the valve A (7) is connected in parallel beside the water pump C (6); the two ends of the valve A (7) are communicated with the two ends of the water pump C (6) through water pipes respectively; the valve B (10) is connected in parallel beside the water pump D (9); the two ends of the valve B (10) are communicated with the two ends of the water pump D (9) through the water pipes respectively. The device has the advantages of constant outlet water pressure and capability of prolonging the service life of the primary filtration device and the secondary filtration device.
