A disclosed phase-change energy-storage brick comprises a hollow main body frame and a phase-change energy-storage material packed in the hollow main body frame; the hollow main body frame comprises multiple laminated square structural layers, and each structural layer is provided with a hollow groove; the square structural layer at the bottom layer is provided with an opened clamping groove, and the square structural layer at the top layer is provided with a square boss, and the boss is provided with a hollow groove; the phase-change energy-storage material is packed in each hollow groove of the hollow main body frame; and the boss is matched with the clamping groove structure, so that multiple phase-change energy-storage bricks can be spliced with each other. The invention also discloses application of the phase-change energy-storage brick to build greenhouses.
