The invention belongs to wall panel installation mechanisms, and particularly relates to a wall panel hanging mechanism. The mechanism comprises a reversely arranged L-shaped frame connected to a wall and a panel installed on the L-shaped frame and is characterized in that an upper cross beam is arranged at the upper end of the L-shaped frame, multiple horizontal beams are evenly distributed on the side face of the L-shaped frame, a hanging plate is perpendicularly arranged on one side of the upper surface of the horizontal cross beam, a hook is arranged on the surface of the panel and comprises a connecting part connected with the panel, a horizontal part is arranged at the lower end of the connecting part, a perpendicular part is arranged on the edge of the horizontal part perpendicularly downwards, a hanging cavity is formed between the perpendicular part and the panel, and the hanging plate is clamped into a connecting cavity of the hook. The panel hanging structure overcomes the defects of an existing installation structure that installation workload is heavy and installation is complicated.
