The invention discloses a centering and damping device and a concrete pump truck delivery pipe assembly with centering and damping functions. The centering and damping device, which is connected between an outer delivery pipe wall and an inner connecting pipe wall, comprises a retainer and damping parts, the retainer is a hollow component, the wall surface of the retainer is provided with more than three damping and positioning holes along a radial direction, the damping parts with a damping function are respectively fitted in each damping and positioning hole, and each damping part is provided with two circular arc-shaped surfaces, which are a first circular arc-shaped surface matched with the outer delivery pipe wall and a second circular arc-shaped surface matched with the inner connecting pipe wall; the distance between the first circular arc-shaped surface and the second circular arc-shaped surface of the damping part is greater than the depth of the damping and positioning hole. Thus the invention greatly reduces the fatigue and injuries of a delivery pipe-supporting structure and a supporting structure for a component mounted on a connecting pipe; meanwhile, the invention also increases the safety, convenience and accuracy of distribution, and reduces manpower cost during construction.
