The invention relates to a swimming pool washing roller comprising a roller body, a brush and a drive mechanism. The brush is arranged on the roller body, and the drive mechanism drives the roller to rotate. The drive mechanism is arranged in the roller body and comprises an installation rack, a motor, a storage battery and a motor controller. The two ends of the roller body are provided with a first chuck and a second chuck, wherein the first chuck and the second chuck are used for sealing the two end ports of the roller body. The outer edge of the first chuck and the outer edge of the second chuck are fixedly connected with the roller body. A stator portion in the motor is fixedly connected with the installation rack.
