The main and auxiliary support lower bedplate frame and the hinge system are suitable for lower bedplate front moving and rotating type parking equipment, and consists of a linear guide rail device, a rotary device, a hinge device, and a main and auxiliary support lower bedplate frame (also named as a lower bedplate frame), wherein the axis of the hinge device, the rotating plane of the rotary device and the rail plane of the linear guide rail are respectively parallel to the horizontal plane; the lower bedplate frame is of a rigid structure, is crossly arranged on a ground parking position, is used for supporting the lower bedplate, and is divided into a main support side and an auxiliary support side; the linear guide rail device, the rotary device and the hinge device are respectively arranged at the main support side; the lower bedplate frame can rotate around the axis of a hinge; a roller is arranged at the auxiliary support side and is in contact with the ground, and the lower bedplate frame is moved along the setting plane of the linear guide rail, and is rotated along the setting plane of the rotary device; during moving or rotating, the roller at the auxiliary support side is always in contact with the ground; when a horizontal error exists on the ground, the lower bedplate frame is rotated around the axis of the hinge, and is adjusted.
