Sagger for calcining yttria-stabilized ZrO2 powder
The invention discloses a sagger for calcining yttria-stabilized ZrO2 powder. The sagger is formed by a recrystallized SiC baseplate and a lantern ring made of the same materials, wherein the baseplate and the lantern ring are connected to form an integral opened sagger. An air discharge duct is formed in the sagger in the periphery direction of the top edge of the lantern ring. By applying the sagger, compared with the traditional equipment, the sagger has the remarkable advantages that the service life of the sagger is greatly improved on the basis of continuing excellent properties such as thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of a quartz sagger, and is more than 50 times of the service life of the traditional quartz sagger; meanwhile, a splitting connection structure is adopted, so that thermal stress can be effectively decomposed, the effect of prolonging the service life of the sagger is achieved, and the production cost is greatly reduced as a whole.
