The invention relates to an environment-friendly water collecting device used for urban landscaping distributed infiltrating irrigation. The environment-friendly water collecting device comprises a well body used for collecting rainwater and infiltrating irrigation pipes connected with the well body and buried underground. The well body comprises a water collecting well and an infiltrating irrigation well connected with the water collecting well. A grate is arranged at a water inlet of the water collecting well, and a filtering basket with filtering media is connected to the lower portion of the grate. The infiltrating irrigation pipes are connected to the infiltrating irrigation well. Each infiltrating irrigation pipe comprises a pipe body, a water outlet channel is formed in each pipe body in the length direction, an expanding groove with an opening facing the outside of each pipe body is formed in the portion, along one side of the corresponding water outlet channel, of the corresponding pipe body, each expanding groove is only provided with the corresponding opening facing the outside of the corresponding pipe body, a sealing edge capable of being attached to the outer wall of the corresponding expanding groove to close the corresponding water outlet channel accordingly is formed on the other side of the corresponding water outlet channel, an expanding body which can expand after absorbing water to enable the outer wall of the corresponding expanding groove to be attached to the corresponding sealing edge accordingly is arranged in the corresponding expanding groove, and a plurality of elastic reset structures are arranged at an opening of each expanding groove.
