The invention discloses a novel lignin concrete modifier which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 2.5-3.3 parts of cuprammonium lignin, 1.5-2.8 parts of polyamide urea-formaldehyde, 3-5.2 parts of epoxy rice bran oleic acid butyl ester, 1.5-2.6 parts of sodium sorbate, 1.5-3.3 parts of epoxy resin, 5-8 parts of rubber powder, 1.7-3.5 parts of isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 1.6-3.3 parts of magnesium diethylhexyl sulfosuccinate. In comparison existing modifiers, the modifier provided by the invention has the following beneficial effect: after a fire happens, lignin is softened when the temperature reaches 170 DEG C and liquefied when the temperature reaches 200 DEG C; then, a large number of ducts will be left in concrete, and these ducts can help release pressure in concrete with the pressure generated by expansion of steam so as to minimize the possibility that concrete explodes or collapses; and after lignin is injected into concrete, a three-dimensional staggered network is formed inside the concrete so as to raise anti-cracking performance of the concrete.
