The invention discloses a seawater coral sand artificial aggregate concrete block and a preparation method thereof. A novel block material adopts a small amount of spherical water-absorbing resin for absorbing seawater to prepare a large amount of artificial aggregates instead of coarse aggregates such as gravel in conventional concrete, island coral sand is utilized for replacing fine aggregates such as river sand in the conventional concrete, natural seawater is adopted for mixing to produce a novel concrete prefabricated block with an inner housing honeycomb structure, and the block is used for a wall masonry structure in island project construction. The block is light in mass, good in thermal performance, simple to produce and convenient to use; the material transport amount of the island project construction is reduced by more than 60%, local material utilization and industrialized production of island project construction materials can be realized, and a novel building masonry material is provided for solving problems of difficult transportation, high cost, long cycle and the like of the island project construction materials.
