Heat insulation inorganic coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses heat insulation inorganic coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is prepared by combining the super heat insulation function of an aerogel material with the specific water resistant and flame retardant functions of a magnesium phosphate cement material (MPC). Compared with the existing organic polymer aerogel composite coating and ordinary silicate aerogel composite coating, the inorganic waterborne heat insulation coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low heat conductivity, good water resistance, good flame retardant property and flame resistance, environmental protection and energy conservation. The heat insulation inorganic coating disclosed by the invention can be widely applied to a variety of fields, such as heat insulation of internal and external walls and roof surfaces of such public buildings as residential buildings, schools, hospitals, factory buildings and the like, thermal expansion damage prevention and protection of such large-volume buildings or facilities as bridges, dams and the like, and protection of top sunlight surfaces of ships, trains and buses.
