Through-hole type porous ceramics and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses through-hole type porous ceramics taking ceramic polishing wastes as raw materials and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking the ceramic polishing wastes as raw materials, adding an adhesive, a dispersing agent and water, mixing, and preparing particles; and spraying pore-forming materials on the surfaces of the particles, stacking and forming. Because the particles are adhered in a point-to-point mode, pore channels which are orderly communicated with one another are reserved among the particles, and when the ceramic bodies are fired at a high temperature, covalent bond connection is realized when the glass phase is converted by silicon-aluminum oxides of the adhesion points. One part of gas generated by the impurities escapes from the pore channels, the pore channels are kept unobstructed by virtue of the pore-forming materials, and the blockage caused by crowded expansion or breakage caused by inner stress can be avoided. After the ceramic bodies are sintered completely, the porous ceramics with penetrated pore channels are formed. The through-hole type porous ceramics disclosed by the invention have the characteristics of low density, high strength, high porosity, high freezing resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance and no toxicity and can be applied to purposes such as sound absorption, adsorption, filtration and water vapor heat exchange.
