Prestressed concrete hollow square pile and its corrosion and wear resistant material
The invention discloses a prestressed concrete hollow square pile. The square pile comprises a square pile body and square metal end plates, wherein each of two ends of the pile body is connected with one metal end plate; four angle edges of each of the square pile body and square metal end plates are arc angle edges with equal radiuses, and the arc radius is 3-5 mm; the cross section of the square pile body is shaped like a rhombus, and the waist lines of the rhombus are arc and integrated; and the radian range of each arc line is 6-9 DEG. The invention also discloses a corrosion and wear resistant material used for the prestressed concrete hollow square pile, which comprises components A, B and C at a weight part ratio of 2-3:4-6:4-7. The prestressed concrete hollow square pile is integrally applicable to the condition of insufficient compressive bearing capacity of the pile body when a single pile vertical ultimate bearing capacity standard value of a concrete prefabricated hollow pile is determined at static load state of the pile, and can guarantee the compressive bearing quality and save the construction costs.
