The invention discloses a cable-stayed bridge with multifunctional large cantilever box girders. The cable-stayed bridge comprises bridge towers, stay cables, a main span and side spans, the main span is located between the two bridge towers, the side spans are located on the two sides of the main span, the main span and each side span are each of an inverted trapezoidal box girder structure which is composed of one rectangular box girder located at the center and the corresponding triangular box girders located on the two sides of the rectangular box girder, a center isolation region is located above each rectangular box girder, and a single-width bridge floor is arranged above a top plate of each triangular box girder. The bridge towers are suitable for being located at the center of the cable-stayed bridge with the multifunctional large cantilever box girders to form a stable structure, and the cable-stayed bridge is of a brand new design form.
