The invention aims at providing a road and bridge waterproof construction method. The road and bridge waterproof construction method comprises the steps of spraying a cross-linking agent layer on a concrete substrate which meets construction standards and then spraying waterproof paint for roads and bridges to form a waterproof layer; after the waterproof layer is dried, conducting waterproof construction by way of paving a cement concrete pavement or an asphalt concrete pavement. The road and bridge waterproof construction method solves the problem that waterproof sealing treatment for a road or a bridge in the waterproof sealing field is prone to be affected by such elements as the environmental hot and humid cycling, the vapor expansion and the basement layer movement; after the waterproof construction is conducted according to the road and bridge waterproof construction method, the waterproof effect is good, the degree of environmental resistance is high, the durability is achieved and the practical value is quite high.
