High-speed railway bridge inspection vehicle
The invention discloses a high-speed railway bridge inspection vehicle and belongs to the field of bridge inspection vehicle equipment. The high-speed railway bridge inspection vehicle comprises a truss system, a walking mechanism, a control system, supporting leg mechanisms, a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a guide wheel set and a counter weight. The supporting leg mechanisms are arranged on an upper truss side by side in the direction of a bridge, the outer sides of the bottoms of the supporting leg mechanisms are connected with the top of the upper truss through pin shafts, and the inner sides of the bottoms of the supporting leg mechanisms are fixedly connected with the walking mechanism. A jacking mechanism is correspondingly connected between the supporting leg mechanisms and the upper truss, the supporting leg mechanisms are arranged on the top face of a bridge body through the walking mechanism, the gravity center of the inspection vehicle is controlled to fall on the vertical line of a slag blocking wall, the jacking mechanism is utilized for jacking, and the supporting leg mechanisms can rotate around supporting leg pin shafts in sequence to be prevented from touching screen stand columns. After a bottom truss rotates to the position along the bridge through the rotating mechanism, the bottom truss is vertically lifted to the position where the bottom face of the bottom truss is higher than the bottom face of a pier, and therefore the injection vehicle can cross obstacles and stably walk along the top face of the slag blocking wall. The high-speed railway bridge inspection vehicle needs no rail, and is simple in structure, safe and reliable.
