The invention discloses a full-automatic water surface float guiding and collecting device. The full-automatic water surface float guiding and collecting device is characterized in that a float guiding device arranged on a water surface and a collecting device connected with a water surface float entrance of the float guiding device are included; the float guiding device is arranged between two embankments of upstream of a reservoir area or a pump station, and gaps used for carrying the collecting device are arranged on the corresponding positions of the embankments; the float guiding device comprises a sewage guiding rod (1) which is arranged between the embankments and is movably connected with the downstream ends of the gaps; the connecting device comprises a down floating barrel (6), a lifting board (7) and a garbage can (8). The full-automatic water surface float guiding and collecting device is remarkable in environment and economic benefits, simple in structure and green and environmental friendly, needs no extra power, can be widely applied in rivers with different widths, drainage channels and the upstream of hydraulic structures, and achieves automatic collection of water surface floats.
