The invention discloses a novel anchor cable used for rocky slope treatment and inner anchor heads of the novel anchor cable. The inner anchor head comprises an anchor head body and multiple strand holes penetrating through the anchor head body. The anchor head body is provided with a first end and a second end, the diameter is gradually decreased from the first end to the second end, in this way, the anchor head body is in a cone shape, and concave parts are formed at intervals in the periphery of the first end of the anchor head body. The inner anchoring section of the anchor cable comprises the multiple inner anchor heads, the inner anchor heads are arrayed in an end-to-end mode, the first ends of the inner anchor heads are away from a free section, and the second ends of the inner anchor heads are close to the free section. A steel strand is arranged in at least one of the strand holes in each inner anchor head in a penetrating mode, the steel strands extend to the free section and an outer anchoring section, and therefore all the inner anchor heads are connected in parallel through the steel strands. The tail ends of the steel strands inside the strand holes are exposed and provided with upset heads, and the upset heads are tightly attached to the first end side faces of the corresponding inner anchor heads. The inner anchor heads can evenly transfer loads, and can improve the safety and long-term effectiveness of slope anchoring.
