The invention relates to an ecological toilet-flushing energy-saving system, which comprises a vertical pipe, a diversion block, a water inlet pipe, a water storage tank, an overflow pipe, a filler layer, a water outlet pipe and a toilet, wherein the vertical pipe is vertically arranged; the diversion block is arranged in the vertical pipe; the upper end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the vertical pipe, and the lower end of the water inlet pipe is connected to the water storage tank; a grating is arranged at the connected position of the water inlet pipe and the vertical pipe; the upper end of the overflow pipe is connected to the upper part of the water storage tank, and the lower end of the overflow pipe is connected with the vertical pipe; the filler layer is arranged in the water storage tank; one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the water storage tank, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected to the toilet; and a check valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe. The ecological toilet-flushing energy-saving system is simple in structure, and convenient to use, with a manner of combing three water resources into one, rainwater, waste water, tap water and other water resources are subjected to united scientific management and utilization, the combined dispatching of multiple water resources and optimal use of high-quality water can be realized, the tap water resource can be maximally saved, and the water-saving and emission-reduction purposes can be achieved.
