The invention discloses a composite-type energy dissipation and vibration reduction control device. The composite-type energy dissipation and vibration reduction control device comprises an outer box. A transverse guide rail is connected between the two opposite inner side walls of the outer box. The transverse guide rail penetrates through an open-type inner box. The open-type inner box freely slides on the transverse guide rail. An elastic device and a viscous damper are arranged at the rear end of the open-type inner box and connected with one inner side wall of the outer box. A cylinder is connected to the interior of the open-type inner box. A mass ball is placed inside the cylinder. The top face and the bottom face of the cylinder are each provided with a baffle. A longitudinal rolling ball damper is composed of the cylinder and the internal mass ball. The inherent frequency of the rolling ball damper is kept consistent with the master oscillator frequency of the controlled structure in the longitudinal direction. A transverse tuned mass damper is composed of the open-type inner box, the elastic device, the viscous damper and the mass ball inside the open-type inner box, and the inherent frequency of the tuned mass damper is kept consistent with the master oscillator frequency of the controlled structure in the transverse direction.
