The invention provides a confidential room building structure. The confidential room building structure comprises a cylindrical common wall and two or more rooms constructed around the common wall. The common wall forms an arc wall of each room. A cylindrical confidential room is further arranged in the encircled area of the common wall. The cylindrical wall of the cylindrical confidential room and the common wall are attached to each other. The cylindrical confidential room can rotate freely under circumferential thrust. The arc walls of all the rooms are each provided with a window. Meanwhile, the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical confidential room is provided with notches corresponding to all the windows in dimension, height and circumferential position. When the cylindrical confidential room rotates to an original position, all the notches are over against the windows on the arc walls of all the rooms in a one-to-one mode and form frame embedding ports respectively. The wall of the cylindrical confidential room is further provided with an entrance. The confidential room building structure can remarkably improve the confidentiality and security of the confidential room at a low cost.
