The invention discloses lifting and horizontal moving type parking equipment. The lifting and horizontal moving type parking equipment comprises lifting transmission assemblies, lifting motors, lifting assemblies, a transmission frame, falling protectors, stand column assemblies, an upper platen, a movable motor and a horizontal moving platen, the stand column assemblies are fixed to the ground or a roof through expansion bolts, the two ends of each lifting transmission assembly are connected with the corresponding stand column assemblies, the lower side of each lifting transmission assembly is connected with the corresponding lifting motor through a transmission chain, the upper platen is installed on the middle portions of the stand column assemblies, two horizontal moving guide rails are laid in front of the stand column assemblies in parallel, and the horizontal moving platen is installed on the horizontal moving guide rails. The joints between the lifting transmission assemblies and the stand column assemblies are each further provided with a lifting chain, and each lifting chain is arranged at a chain winding and falling prevention rack of the corresponding lifting transmission assembly. A balancing weight is further arranged at the position, between the transmission frame and the corresponding lifting transmission assembly, of each lifting chain. No steel column or steel beam is arranged at the front end of the lifting and horizontal moving type parking equipment, so the lifting and horizontal moving type parking equipment can be driven into or out of a garage conveniently; the independent falling protectors and falling prevention frames are adopted, abnormal falling of the upper platen is prevented, and vehicle safety is guaranteed.
