The invention discloses a magnetic-pushing mechanical antitheft lock. A rear lock cylinder of the lock is completely separated from a connection body and a front lock cylinder. The connection body is arranged in a hidden hole formed in the front lock cylinder. A connection hole is formed in the front face of the rear lock cylinder, and a connection tongue is fixed to the rear face of the rear lock cylinder and penetrates through a via hole. A magnetic-pushing locking device and an attraction locking device are hidden in the lock body and the lock cylinders to lock the rear lock cylinder. An oblique locking device locks the front lock cylinder. The magnetic-pushing mechanical antitheft lock integrates the functions of mechanical interlocking, hiding, connection hiding of the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder so that a robber can not open the magnetic-pushing locking device, the attraction locking device and the oblique locking device at the same time and further can not rotate the rear lock cylinder; even if oblique locking device is damaged rudely, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, the rear lock cylinder can not be rotated, and a complete thievery preventing effect is achieved.
