The invention discloses an intelligent electronic lock set for public bicycles, comprising a lock body and a locking pin. The lock body is internally provided with a controller, a bolt rotatable and a locking device allowing the bolt to stop rotating. The bolt has a long arm and a short arm. A rotating shaft of the bolt is provided with a torsion spring allowing the bolt to rotate in one direction. The locking pin is provided with a lock hole matching with the short arm of the bolt. The controller can control actions of the locking device. The locking pin is provided with an RFID (radio frequency identification) card; the bolt is provided with a magnet; the lock body is internally provided with a sensing antenna circuit board which is provided with a hall switch; the RFID card and the sensing antenna circuit board transmit signals to the controller. The sensing antenna circuit board, the magnet and the RFID card function in double sensing, no mistaken locking occurs even after a hard object is manually plugged into the lock body, automatic recognition is imparted, using safety and reliability of the intelligent electronic lock set is greatly improved, and the service life of the intelligent electronic lock set is prolonged.
