The invention relates to a self-locking vacuum cabin door opening and closing device which comprises a framework, a driving cylinder, a transverse rod, at least one first rod piece, at least one rotating rod piece, at least one adjusting base, at least one second rod piece, at least one sliding block and at least one valve rod. The above components are pivoted to one another to form a connecting rod set mechanism, and the valve rods can be connected to a valve of a vacuum cabin. Consequently, the driving cylinder can drive the above components to make connecting rod movement so that the valve rods can drive the valve to be switched to be in an opening position and in a locking position, locking force can be automatically generated in the locking position so as to resist the opposite acting force of the valve, and the accident of vacuum tight losing of the vacuum cabin of the valve due to the factors such as the insufficient power of the driving cylinder is prevented.
