The tooth-belt type spring buffering gear lifter has the advantages that the contact area of a lifter transmission belt and a transmission gear is large, force-bearing points are dispersed, abrasion is low, when the sliding block is abraded, a pressure spring can push a pulley block to move forward, abrasion of the sliding block can be compensated, sliding block stability is maintained, a driving gear is a buffering gear, the gear is protected, and accordingly the fault occurrence rate of the lifter during a using process is lowered.
