The invention discloses a zirconia ceramic composite material, a manufacturing method of the zirconia ceramic composite material and a method for sintering the zirconia ceramic composite material on a metal mesh, and belongs to the field of electronic component manufacturing. The zirconia ceramic composite material comprises, by mol percentage, 89%-95% of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), 2.0%-8.0% of yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and 0.5%-3.0% of aluminum oxide (Al2O3). The manufacturing method of the zirconia ceramic composite material includes the following steps of 1, ball milling and material mixing, 2, calcinations and stabilizing and 3, slurry preparation. The invention further discloses the method for sintering the zirconia ceramic composite material on the metal mesh. The method includes the steps of 1, metal mesh surface processing, 2, slurry hanging and 3, sintering. The zirconia ceramic composite material is good in crystalline phase stability and linear in dilatation coefficient, has the performance of ceramics and flexible performance of metal at the same time and is not prone to breakage in the using process, and the service life is prolonged.
