Anti-explosion mechanism of debinding furnace
The invention discloses an anti-explosion mechanism of a debinding furnace. The anti-exposion mechanism is arranged on the furnace tank wall of the debinding furnace. The anti-exposion mechanism comprises a transmission shaft, a shaft sleeve and bearings; the two ends of the transmission shaft are connected with a centrifugal fan blade and an electrical machine respectively, the shaft sleeve is arranged at the outer end of the transmission shaft in a sealed and sleeving mode and fixed on a furnace tank, the bearings are arranged between the transmission shaft and the shaft sleeve, and the internal cavity of the shaft sleeve is filled with inert gas. According to the anti-explosion mechanism of the debinding furnace, the shaft sleeve is arranged at the outer end of the transmission shaft in a sealed and sleeving mode, the internal cavity of the shaft sleeve is filled with the inert gas, therefore, the purpose of blocking air in the outside world from entering in the furnace tank, the anti-explosion phenomenon is prevented from occurring, and the safety of the debinding furnace is improved.
