The invention relates to a semi-tempered bright tile processing technology. The semi-tempered bright tile processing technology comprises the following steps: (1) placing a raw tile at a fixed position on a tile feeding platform, conveying the raw tile to a heating section by virtue of a conveying device, and heating to a glass melting critical point by virtue of a heating furnace, wherein heating time and heating temperature of the heating furnace are set in advance; (2) conveying the heated raw tile to a moulding section by virtue of the conveying device to be subjected to rapid impact moulding; (3) after the impact moulding is finished, conveying the raw tile to a cooling chamber by virtue of the conveying device so as to be rapidly cooled; and (4) conveying the quenched and cooled raw tile into a tile discharging section, discharging the raw tile by the tile discharging section, checking the discharged tile product by an operator, and then packaging and warehousing the qualified tile product, thus finishing the whole technological flow. The semi-tempered bright tile processing technology has the advantages that a moulding and cooling system is additionally arranged beside the heating furnace, so that moulding and cooling speed is improved; meanwhile, the produced tile product has mechanical strength of semi-tempered glass, glossiness of a glass surface layer is not damaged, production efficiency is high, and production cost is low.
