An energy-saving thermal-insulation composite slurry is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 6 parts of expanded perlite, 10 to 15 parts of flame-retardant polystyrene, 8 to 15 parts of poly(phenyl propylene), 4 to 6 parts of infrared ray reflective material, 3 to 5 parts of diatomite, 3 to 5 parts of bentonite, 0.3 to 0.5 part of methyl cellulose, 2 to 5 parts of aluminum oxide fiber, 0.4 to 0.6 part of ethyl cellulose, 2 to 3 parts of glass fiber, 3 to 4 parts of polypropylene short fiber, 2 to 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5 to 0.8 part of hexabromocyclododecane, 3 to 5 parts of latex powder, 3 to 5 parts of doping material, 15 to 20 parts of cement, and 200 parts of water. The slurry has the advantages of no toxicity, no pollution, strong flame retardant performance, weatherability, and high tensile and adhesive strength. The hygroscopic property of the thermal insulation system is reduced, the slurry also has a high adhesive strength and a strong leakage resistant property, the safety and reliability of the slurry are both enhanced, moreover, the soundproof performance of the slurry is good, and the environmental noise can be largely reduced.
