The invention provides a noctilucent marble-imitated handicraft, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the noctilucent marble-imitated handicraft possesses natural texture of marble, is smooth in texture, is colorful, and is capable of giving out light at night. The noctilucent marble-imitated handicraft comprises following ingredients: 150 to 200 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 5 to 7 parts of a heat stabilizer, 3 to 8 parts of a curing agent, 220 to 340 parts of stone flour, 6 to 10 parts of an initiator, and 3 to 5 parts of a luminous pigment. The preparation method comprises following steps: the raw materials are weighted at the ratio, and are delivered into a high-speed mixer for 10 to 20min of mixing; an obtained mixture is allowed to stand for defoaming, and is injected into a mould for moulding; an obtained product is delivered into a kiln, is subjected to sintering at 900 to 1000 DEG C for 12h, is subjected to reduction flame treatment for 5h, and is taken out of the kiln after natural cooling; and waxing and polishing are carried out so as to obtain the finished product.
