Preparation method of nanometer Nd0.1La0.9FexCo(1-x)O3 material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a perovskite type material, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a nanometer Nd0.1La0.9FexCo(1-x)O3 (x=0.3-0.5) material. The method comprises the following steps of preparing a nanometer Nd0.1La0.9FexCo(1-x)O3 (x=0.3-0.5) precursor by taking Nd(NO3)3.6H2O, La(NO3)3.6H2O, Fe2(SO4)3.9H2O and Co(NO3)2.6H2O as raw materials and adopting a deposition-molten salt method; and mixing the precursor and molten salt, then calcining, and then washing by adopting deionized water and ethanol to obtain the nanometer Nd0.1La0.9FexCo(1-x)O3 (x=0.3-0.5) material. The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of easily available raw materials, low cost, convenient operation, low reaction temperature, high efficiency, high product purity, uniform granularity, controllable product particle size and shape, good industrial utilization prospect and the like.
