Energy-saving and environmentally-friendly coal gangue lightweight brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly coal gangue lightweight brick. The coal gangue lightweight brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of coal gangue, 5 to 7 parts of rice hull, 8 to 9 parts of Portland cement, 6 to 7.5 parts of shale, 11 to 13.5 parts of pumice, 2 to 4 parts of paper pulp waste liquid, 2.5 to 4 parts of sodium sulphide, 4.5 to 6.5 parts of sewage sludge, 2 to 3 parts of borax, 4 to 6 parts of gypsum powder, 7 to 9 parts of a modifier, and a proper amount of water. According to the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly coal gangue lightweight brick, the rice hull, the pumice and other components are added and matched with paper pulp waste liquid and other components with the foaming effect, so that the prepared product is porous, lightweight, and resource-saving; the modifier is added to achieve the light weight, insulation, sound absorbing and bacterium resisting effects, and therefore, the comprehensive performance of the coal gangue brick can be improved. A burning-free process is adopted, so that the coal and other resource wastes can be reduced, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other toxic gases generated by burning can be reduced, and thus, the environmental pollution is reduced. The brick is light, energy-saving, environmentally-friendly, low in water absorbing rate, fast to construct, and high in tensile strength.
