High-strength concrete permeable pavement brick
The invention discloses a high-strength concrete permeable pavement brick. The pavement brick comprises a surface layer and a brick base layer, wherein the surface layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40 percent of quartz sand, 60-80 percent of big sand, cement accounting for 40-50 percent of the quartz sand and the big sand in total weight, sulfamate accounting for 3-6 percent of the cement in weight, and an op emulsifying agent or alkyltea sulfonate accounting for 0.02% of the cement in weight; the brick base layer comprises the components in percentage by weight: 70-80 percent of small macadam, 20-30 percent of big macadam aggregates, the cement accounting for 30-45 percent of the small macadam and the big macadam aggregates in total weight, a calcium lignosulphonate water reducing agent accounting for 0.1-0.3 percent of the cement in weight, coal ash accounting for 5-10 percent of the cement in weight, and fatty alcohol acid sodium or alkylphenol-ethylene oxide accounting for 0.01- 0.02% of the cement in weight. The high-strength concrete permeable pavement brick has a good permeation effect, and is attractive in appearance, high in toughness and high in anti-pressure ability; moreover, energy sources are effectively utilized, and an energy conservation and emission reduction effect is realized.
