Construction technology for dyeing, polishing and hardening concrete floor
The invention relates to a construction technology of a concrete floor, and discloses a construction technology for dyeing, polishing and hardening the concrete floor. The construction technology comprises the following steps: a. cleaning the dust and dirt on the concrete floor; b. carrying out joint filling and crack repairing on the concrete floor; c. carrying out grinding pretreatment on the concrete floor; d. spraying a liquid hardening agent on the concrete floor, wherein the floor is maintained to be wet after the liquid hardening agent is sprayed onto the floor; e. grinding the floor for the second time after the liquid hardening agent is fully permeated and absorbed; f. spraying colored colorant material, and enabling the colorant material to be fully permeated into the concrete and mixed with the concrete; g. after the colored colorant material is completely dried, spraying a silver crystal seal curing agent, and enabling the silver crystal seal curing agent to be fully permeated into the concrete to form a hard protective layer; and h. grinding the floor for the third time. After the construction technology is used, the original cement-color floor is successfully dyed into a terrace with various colors which are wanted by house owners; furthermore, the floor has the permeation thickness of 3-5mm, is uniform in color and has marbly surface gloss.
