The invention discloses a vibro casting-free road surface compaction device, comprising a holding frame and a vertically-vibrated compaction mechanism, wherein the holding frame is connected to one end of a paver screed plate through a support; the holding frame is connected with the compaction mechanism through a traction rod; one end of the traction rod is hinged to the holding frame, and the other end of the traction rod is hinged to the compaction mechanism; the compaction mechanism comprises a compaction mechanism body and a compaction plate installed at the lower end of the compaction mechanism body. By adopting the vibro casting-free road surface compaction device, the traditional manual ramming method is changed, the manpower is saved, and the compaction efficiency is improved.
