The invention discloses a full-screen sound absorption and noise reduction device which comprises a face plate, a sound absorption material layer, a back plate, a cover plate, a bottom plate and two side plates. A cavity structure is formed by the face plate, the back plate, the cover plate, the bottom plate and the two side plates. The sound absorption material layer is arranged in the cavity structure. The full-screen sound absorption and noise reduction device is characterized in that the sound absorption material layer is made of foaming rubber, foaming ceramic and foaming aluminum. Non-fiber sound absorption materials are adopted as inner filler, have no harm to human bodies and are environmentally friendly; the inner sound absorption materials are installed between the cover plate and the bottom plate in an inserted mode, and therefore installation is more convenient, and cost is saved; due to the design of the multi-layer sound absorption structure, the sound absorption performance of the device is improved, and the sound absorption frequency is increased.
