The invention discloses a triangular warning board for a vehicle. An illuminating lamp is arranged at the joint of two inclined sides at the top end of the triangular warning board; a battery used for supplying power for the illuminating lamp is arranged in one of the inclined sides of the triangular warning board; a control switch used for controlling the immunization of the illuminating lamp is arranged on the triangular warning board; a solar electromagnetic plate is arranged on the triangular warning board, and is connected into an illuminating lamp power supply circuit through a circuit. The technical scheme is adopted, the function of immunization of the triangular warning board is fulfilled by arranging the illuminating lamp having the complete power supply circuit on the triangular warning board, and the control switch used for controlling the immunization is arranged on the triangular warning board, so a user can control the triangular warning board conveniently.
