The invention discloses a flexible supporting system for a prestress anchor supporting plate for a sheet-pile retaining wall and a construction method. The supporting system comprises seven parts, namely supporting piles (1), a roof beam (2), breast boards (3), waist beams (4), supporting plates (11), pulling rods (6) and anchor heads (24). The roof beam (2) is connected with the tops of the supporting piles (1). The supporting piles (1), the roof beam (2), the breast boards (3) and the waist beams (4) are connected through matched bars, and are poured as a whole. The whole is connected with the supporting plates (11) through the pulling rods (6). Anti-corrosion treatment is carried out on the pulling rods (6), and the pulling rods (6) are coated with cement mortar. The soil pressure generated by filling materials (14) is sent to the supporting plates (11) through anchor heads (24). The structural stability can be guaranteed through the passive soil pressure of the supporting piles (1) inserted into the depth range and the anchoring force of the supporting plates (11).
