The invention provides a large-diameter cement and oil stirring pile-forming machine. A shaft A, a shaft B and a shaft C are fixed to the middle of the lower end of a transmission box. A crankshaft A, a crankshaft B and a crankshaft C are arranged outside the lower end of the transmission box. The lower portion of the transmission box is provided with a stirring rod A, a stirring rod B and a stirring rod C. The end, close to the shaft A, of the stirring rod A is hinged to the shaft A. The stirring rod A is provided with a rectangular groove. The lower portion of the crankshaft A is inserted into the rectangular groove of the stirring rod A. The end, close the shaft B, of the stirring rod B is hinged to the shaft B. The stirring rod B is provided with a rectangular groove. The lower portion of the crankshaft B is inserted into the rectangular groove of the stirring rod B. The end, close the shaft C, of the stirring rod C is hinged to the shaft C. The stirring rod C is provided with a rectangular groove. The lower portion of the crankshaft C is inserted into the rectangular groove of the stirring rod C. The lower portion of the stirring rod A, the lower portion of the stirring rod B and the lower portion of the stirring rod C are all provided with multiple stirring teeth.
