The invention discloses a large-caliber combined box culvert used for an urban underground pipeline. The large-caliber combined box culvert comprises an outer winding pipe and supports, wherein the outer winding pipe is used for bearing an external load, and the supports used for bearing the self weight of the outer winding pipe are arranged in the outer winding pipe in the extending direction of the outer winding pipe and connected to the inner wall of the outer winding pipe through flexible panel points; at least one part of each support is of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure. The supports comprise multi-truss prefabricated frames, beams and a reinforced concrete floor, wherein the beams are arranged in the extending direction of the outer winding pipe and allow the multi-truss prefabricated frames to be connected, and the reinforced concrete floor is fixed to the multi-truss prefabricated frames in a meshed and embedded mode. A gravel bed course and/or a plain concrete bed course are/is laid between the reinforced concrete floor and the inner wall of the outer winding pipe. According to the large-caliber combined box culvert used for the urban underground pipeline, brittle fracture caused by extrusion can be avoided, and the post-maintenance cost can be lowered.
