The invention discloses a novel excavator shovel which comprises a shovel body. The shovel body comprises a rear baffle, side baffles and a base plate, wherein the rear baffle is arranged on the rear portion of the shovel body, the side baffles are arranged on the two sides of the rear baffle, and the base plate is fixedly connected with the rear baffle and the side baffles. Multiple excavation teeth are arranged at the front end of the base plate, and a guide device is arranged on the rear portion of the base plate and comprises guide frames located on the two sides of the base plate. The guide frames on the two sides are connected through a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft rotates relative to the base plate, an axle is connected between the guide frames on the two sides, multiple guide wheels are arranged on the wheel shaft, and locking mechanisms for locking the guide frames and the base plate to two work positions are arranged between the guide frames and the base plate. When the shovel moves on a plane, the guide frames are put down, so that the guide wheels make contact with the ground, and abrasion of the base plate of the shovel is avoided.
