The invention discloses an energy-saving artesian well rural water supply device which comprises a water outlet pipe located on the lower portion and entering the part below the ground, and a well body connected with the water outlet pipe. The well body is connected with a water supply pipe, and a residential building is connected with the water supply pipe through a household water pipe. A pressure releasing pipe is arranged above the well body, and a deflation valve is arranged above the pressure releasing pipe. The energy-saving artesian well rural water supply device has the advantages that the structure is simple, electric resources are saved, and a user can discharge water at any time.
